Bersim, or Egyptian Clover (Trifolium alexandrinum), is one of Egypt's most significant fodder and cover crops, cultivated extensively along the Nile Delta. Al Sharif's Bersim seeds are machine-cleaned and gravity-separated to deliver high-germination planting seed quality, as well as cleaned seed for re-seeding, green manure, and forage purposes for European agricultural markets.
